An increasing number of Contract Research Organisations (CROs) are now offering testing services with GreenScreen HC. This outsourced service provides an alternative route for the rapid and professional evaluation of compounds’ liability for genotoxicity, without the need for installation of the GreenScreen assay and associated training in-house. It may also be useful for companies where genotoxicity testing is not routinely performed or as a first evaluation step before setting up the GreenScreen assay in house.
GreenScreen HC is currently offered by CROs in both the UK and USA. Please contact Gentronix to obtain the relevant contact details of a CRO conveniently located to you.
Alternatively, Gentronix are able to offer an outsourced service based in our own laboratory in Manchester, UK. This service may be useful for small validation trials, for example with compounds which present challenging physiochemical properties, or as a first evaluation step before setting up the GreenScreen assay in house. For larger and ongoing screening exercises, working with a CRO will be more appropriate. Please contact Gentronix to discuss potential projects and for a quotation for compound testing.
