By the use of the robust suspension cell line TK6, both GreenScreen HC and BlueScreen HC protocols can be readily automated using conventional liquid handling robotics. This increases the throughput of analysis in the laboratory. The microplate layout is optimised for an 8-probe multi-channel pipette. Individual GreenScreen test plates have been produced in 5 to 10 minutes, including compound addition, serial dilution and pipetting of the cell suspensions, on a number of different robotic platforms.
