By the use of robust suspension cells, both GreenScreen HC and GC protocols can be readily automated using conventional liquid handling robotics, which increases the throughput of analysis in the laboratory. The microplate layout is optimised for an 8-probe multi-channel pipette. Individual GreenScreen test plates have been produced in 5 to 10 minutes, including compound addition, serial dilution and pipetting of the cell suspensions, on a number of robotic platforms.
