Gentronix Limited closed a second round of funding on March 1st 2007 raising £1.44m cash to further develop and commercialise its exciting new human cell assay, GreenScreen HC. The investors were led by Northern Ventures Private Equity Ltd, whilst YFM Private Equity and The Manchester Technology Fund provided follow on funding together with some existing as well as new private investors, for whom EIS tax relief is available.
